Now it becomes easy to set up your new event for a new season using the "Clone Event" function in Hytix. Here's how you can do it:
- After logging into your Hytix account, navigate to the "Account Level Dashboard." This is where you can see a list of all your events displayed with different columns.
- Look for the column labelled "Clone Event" on the far right side of the dashboard.
- In the "Clone Event" column, click on the "Clone Icon" for the event that you want to clone. This will open the Clone Event Window.
- In the Clone Event Window, follow the on-screen options provided. Here are the steps:
- Enter a "New Event Title" for the new season. You can add a word like "2018" to your existing event title to differentiate it.
- Enter a "Domain" for the new event. You can either use an existing domain by checking the option "Apply source domain" or enter a new domain by adding one or more unique characters.
Review other copy options shown in the screenshot. If you want to copy certain elements from the source event, keep the corresponding checkboxes checked. If you don't want to copy certain elements, uncheck the checkboxes.
Once you have configured the options, click on the "CLONE EVENT" button.
Congratulations! A new event will be created using the "Clone Event" function.

- Once you have reviewed and updated the event details, your new event is ready to go live.
