To Manage content in your event
Go to Manage Events > Content Management
The Manage Content Settings consist of the given below functions,
- Terms & Condition
- Thank you Page Content
- Paused Event Message
- Closed event Message
A. Terms & Condition
Your event's terms and conditions like refund policy, waiver, etc.. should be entered for each event. Make sure to enable the checkbox below the terms & conditions text box so that the ticket buyers can agree to the same before proceeding to the payment.
B. Thank you Page Content
You can show your valuable message to users when they successfully place the order. The message you enter it will reflect on the last page of your event webpage when user completes the payment.
C. Paused Event Message
When you pause your event, the message you enter in this block will be reflected to the ticket buyers when they navigate to your event webpage.
D. Closed event Message
When the schedule of your event is completed, your event will be closed for all users. So, the message you mention in this block will be reflected to the ticket buyers when they navigate to your event webpage.
